we used to have that with studio one and duke reid... still that is what music companies and producers supposed to do... they are supposed to be the mvp and racers of the music industry... too many eat a food quik operators out there masquerading as producers and music companies... as a yute can voice a lyric, dem seh him ready and dash him out a street... reason why so much short careers and failures...

a good producer should sign him... have him in rehearsals fi months, record him... put him in small venues with low hype... to work on his performing skills... over time compile some good quality material and drop an album... releas couple singles from the album, do some promotional shows, bring him back to the studio while demand for him increase... then, drop another album... by then his performing skill should be better, more people will want to see him... then the overseas tour would be on... pick the market favorable to his genre and tour... it is the strategic planning that is missing... the youth has mega potential... that is how i would manage the youth...'to get what we've never had, we MUST do what we've never done'Comment
