For the China Harbor development there is a need for hundreds if not thousands of acres contiguous to the shoreline. Kindly google "contiguous". The KMR has severe spatial limitations in that regard

Truth is with every development project there are projections...and most importantly, future unknown.

Maudib who shouts critical thinking everyday never fails to amaze that he rarely employs same... - There is no reason to look at this announced 600 acres and not think on successful implementation (or no) and not 'see' expansion to the first acreage banded about or even greater requirement (or abandon failure) as possibility.
