In its efforts in establishing an efficient working machinery for a tough 2010 World Cup-qualifying campaign, the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) has carried out a restructuring of its administrative base, a press release said on Wednesday.
Janice Rose-Brown, who was in charge of marketing, has been appointed director of operations, public relations and events;
Howard Bell has been upgraded from team manager to general manager of all national teams;
while press officer Garth Williams has been promoted to manager of competition services and information services.
Apart from gearing for what is expected to be a rugged 'Back to Africa' qualifying campaign, the restructuring exercise was also carried out "for the overall welfare of the national teams, the domestic leagues and other areas of national football interest".
