News From Teamtalk News. Jamie Lawrence will miss the Worthington Cup tie at Watford tomorrow after breaking his left arm whilst playing for Jamaica yesterday. Lawrence scored for The Reggae Boyz in their 2-1 defeat by the USA in a World Cup qualifier in Boston, but went off in the second half after a clash with his own goalkeeper Aaron Lawrence. It has not yet been confirmed how long he will be sidelined for, but he could be out of action for a month depending on the severity of the fracture. He is due to fly back from the States today to link up with the City squad, who are travelling down south this afternoon to prepare for the game. His goal, which saw Jamaica equalise, was his first at full international level for Jamaica in his 12th appearance, although he did score in a friendly for them in August when they beat Swansea City. The result ensured The Americans' qualification for next year's finals, although Jamaica were already out of the running.

Wasn't it something that Jamie found himself as the last Reggae Boyz defender, but, one...when he got hurt. The gentleman gives it his all in each and every match.
Congratulations Jamie, for the goal scored...and the heart displayed. The entire Massive thanks you for your contributions.
Respect!
