    DK Duncan by 17 in the second recount

    but it cant be declared as the JLP had gone to the Supreme Court this morning, having being turned away they went to the Appeals Court but was told it has to be heard by the Supreme Court first.

    They say it was not a recount but a re verification...

          Even I know that. Isn't the Appeal Court there to appeal decisions taken by the Supreme Court?
