Taylor needs to do a year or two in college or go pro, he has proven everything in high school. The men’s 400m event has evolved into a different realm. If you’re not running 44.5 and less by early season and then lowering those times by mid-season, then you don’t stand a chance of medaling as an individual. When the boys stay home they have too many distractions to seriously train for the 400m. The 400m requires rigorous and special training which requires a serious commitment.
