The government has identified 17 gas stations as the retailers of "bad gas" but have refused to publicly disclose the names of the retailers because they(the government) cannot identify the source of the contaminated gas.
What forensics do they need to identify the source of bad gas to 17 gas stations in a country of a little over 4000 sq miles?.
Is this an early April-fool's joke?.
