So many experts ex post facto.

If the poor woman was still out making a decision...you same ones would be cussing her off...said speed.

Mr President,I heard you and I am mindful of what you said.
This is what we know,by taking control of the case she removed most of the misinformation(contaminating a jury pool),and she opted not to go the route of seasoned prosecutors by referring the issue to the grand jury(gauranteeing no charges are filed).

So HL, what was so impressive about her report? Her cute face doesn't count.

Further, she alienated herself against Baltimore police. Not that I give a damn about them but that was not her responsibility. Call Sharpton for that.

Rockman, not saying she screwed up the entire thing but I'm not sure she covered all the bases.

Can she bring further charges against other officers or even the 6? Will she? That might not be a good thing, but in my view, the driver of the van should not be the only one facing a murder charge.

The poor attorney is between a rock and a rock Mosiah.

            Think about it.

Yes she came out with all guns ablaze.....

A Black man was OBVIOUSLY mishandled and killed in the 'care' of 6 police officers. Everything else is just frill.

Mo she is in a good place politically , she overwhelmingly won that office , she has a black mayor that supports her, who also won her seat in said fashion.Baltimore is nicely situated between 3 powderkegs, washington DC , Philly and South Jersey. All areas of disenfranchised minoritites, that has a heavy NY influence.
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

She put herself between those rocks, HL. She should not be listening to Mosiah or anyone else as she goes about trying to get justice for Freddie Gray. If it takes her two months before she brought charges, so be it. But make sure she has put herself and the city of Baltimore in the best position to win the case. I am not sure that is the position at this moment. And the grandstanding, politicizing, pandering to the raging mob did not help! As Dershowitz said, they could play that back in the trial and twist up everything. Is that what you want? Is that what she wants?! I doubt it.

And HL, nothing is OBVIOUS here! Wasn't it obvious that they beat Rodney King unjustly? We had more evidence there than what we have now. And still the cops walked! You can't take anything for granted!

Convictions for the murderous cops, that is what we want. Don't mess it up! I only hope her ego doesn't get in the way if it becomes clear that she needs to step aside to avoid conflicts or more screw-ups.

Respectfully, X, what does that have to do with the case? The jurors will side with her because of all you just stated?!?! Or is that your point, that she couldn't give a damn about this case?

Maybe she should dismiss herself now and just run for higher office. Right now I want somebody who will work hard sensibly to put some murderous cops behind bars.

Everything to do with the case , a young black woman thats not hindered by interest groups(conservative caucasians) , that seeks to serve her community at the expense of taking on the political machinery of the police and what you dont understand is that police politics isnt local in big cities , its national. These unions (police) act in unision.

What you think happened in Staten Island and Fergueson, those DA catered to their constituents that would put them back in office - send it to a grand jury of their peers with watered down evidence or compromised evidence.A suh it set ! Staten Island is known to be a mafia and police residence.

2 days ago a cop got killed in NY , suspect caught and charged based on eyewitness testimony, gun found two days after, back to my lady in baltimore she did say her investigation is continuing, which means to me further charges could be brought or dropped.Point is most lawyers would say thats how the shitstem should work, some would argue against .

To me she did the right thing politically , thats what her office elected her to do , anyone thinking politics isnt driving this is psychotic , why should she be absolved of playing that card to achieve the objective of getting justice.

Her charges were a breath of fresh air,the swiftness and intent alone sent a message. Can she get a conviction, from what I see based on the politrikcs of Baltimore she will, will people be happy , I doubt it.

I am waiting to see what the jury convicts these guys with and again she cant lose, she would be seen in her constituents eyes as trying and that we havent seen in a long time if ever.
