THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

So why wouldn't they wait until AFTER the race... something sounds fishy to me...

The child could have just finished a race and was about to take part in another?

E.g. Was the child a 4x1 and 4x4 named athlete? Were the races 10 - 15 - 20 - 30 or 60 minutes apart? Any time within 2 hours would be inadequate for an athlete to warm down...rest...warm-up again. If the test described was thrown in the mix... Unfair! Harassed athlete!

...but yuh dun kno...I am against the testing of the athletes before, during or during Champs or any of our local school sports...unless the athlete is on the radar for representing the school or country at international meets. ...and if so there would be no need for testing to take place at our local meets/sporting events but rather scheduled testing periods outside of those events when it would be convenient to/could be planned for by all parties.

...and such a child would have to be provided financial support for nutrition and testing costs. Surely the additional costs could not be passed unto our already struggling families?
