abandonment.
How could they leave the fate of the country in the hands of Primates ?
<The International Seabed Authority (ISA) (French: Autorité internationale des fonds marins, Spanish: Autoridad Internacional de los Fondos Marinos) is an intergovernmental body based in Kingston, Jamaica, that was established to organize and control all mineral-related activities in the international seabed area beyond the limits of national jurisdiction, an area underlying most of the world’s oceans. It is an organization established by the Law of the Sea Convention.[1]>
Brilliant.. now lets see.. what has Jamaica done with this..?
Well sources say that the building is somewhat run down and 99% of the populace is unaware of its existence downtown..
Meanwhile.. back in the Asian island propped up by the US:
<The latest chapter in the story starts today, when technical specialists meet at the headquarters of the International Seabed Authority (ISA) in Kingston, Jamaica, to process new requests to explore for Pacific seabed nodules that contain valuable minerals.
The requests include one each from Lockheed and Keppel, backed by the governments of Britain and Singapore, to combine their expertise and form a joint venture to search for polymetallic nodules.
The requests are expected to be approved when ISA member states hold their annual meeting in Kingston from July 15 to 26.
Endorsing the Lockheed request in March, British Prime Minister David Cameron estimated that it had the potential to contribute £40 billion (S$76 billion) to the British economy over a 30-year period.
Keppel believes that Singapore now has the opportunity to gain a prime position in any future seabed mining of the oceans, which cover 71 per cent of the earth's surface and are estimated to contain far greater reserves of industrial and precious minerals than exist on land.>
I demand an immediate investigation into the actions of England and recommend the harshest penalties for their reckless actions with regards to the colony Jamaica.
At minimum they should be forced to reclaim the island with punitive damages for mental and emotional distress of the hundreds of thousands since 1962.
