    As family members of a man who was shot by a Valero clerk in southeast Houston called for the store clerk’s arrest, the store owner released surveillance video.

      The shooting was justified. Community needs to chill & wait for the facts. The clerk should not have opened the door & he should have tried to de-escalate the situation.

        he should have not opened the door ... PERIOD! once he did and they slapped him, he was perfectly justified to protect himself in my opinon.

          The store clerk got shot last year, and them expect the man to take blows from punks.
