does anyone recall a role reversal in the last election?

Yeah, its the practical way forward, PLUS when all Labarite ah give him the label as the best Orange alternative, I can work with that.

Right now, any port in a storm.

BTW, everyone one has a nickname, so while I dont see him as heroic yet, give him a chance to grow into it. LoL

Convergys puts Jamaican call centre on hold

                3:16 pm, Tue November 27, 2012

US firm Convergys Corporation has confirmed reports that it has put on hold plans to open a 1,000-seat call centre in Jamaica.

Convergys spokesperson, Krista Boyle, told the US magazine Business Courier that plans are under review but would not discuss jobs numbers.

The magazine reported on the planned contact centre in December last year.

Andrea Ayers, who is now CEO of the company, said at the time that the operation would benefit not only Jamaicans with jobs, but also the entity's clients with a new option for near-shore services.

They would have included agent-assisted English-speaking customer service, such as traditional phone, e-mail and chat support.

Convergys is a customer management company with about 75,000 employees at call centers throughout the world.
