i have often seen it on menus but never made the connection. look at the collaboration...cissy houston, paul simon, jimmy cliff (peripherally) now that is making music!!

He was just inducted a few months ago in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame (mi ave pickcha )...next stop Songwriters Hall of Fame...

i remember he introduced ladysmith black mambazo to the wider american audience from way back in the 90's

When you get a chance give the song another listen and check out the drummer Winston Grennan. His drumming gave a different vibe to the song. Grennan was one of the most influential drummers out of JA. Unfortunately most people never heard about him. You can catch his distinct style and influence on Harder They Come, You Can Get it, Rivers of Babylon etc.
