Sandals Resorts International (SRI) continued its now familiar winning ways, taking seven highly esteemed awards at the annual MLT Vacations' Quality Assurance Awards, presented recently in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
This is the first year the Caribbean region was included for consideration, which requires that resorts obtain a minimum rating of 99 per cent customer satisfaction, along with a 99 per cent product performance rating.
Top honours were awarded to Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort & Private Island, Beaches Negril, Sandals Negril, Sandals Whitehouse European Village & Spa and Sandals Dunn's River Villaggio Golf Resort & Spa, all in Jamaica; and Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort & Offshore Island in Nassau, Bahamas. "Because this was the first time we were eligible, we are surprised and absolutely delighted by this honour," said Adam Stewart, CEO of SRI. "We are committed to offering the best luxury vacation in the Caribbean and our partners, and most importantly, our guests, can be certain that we will continue to earn their confidence."
