SUPREME COURT RULES AGAINST OHIO GOP

In a victory for the state of Ohio, the US Supreme Court has overturned a lower court order, freeing the state from a requirement that it share information about voter databases with county election boards.
The AP adds, "The Supreme Court is siding with Ohio's top elections official in a dispute with the state Republican Party over voter registrations... Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, a Democrat, faced a deadline of Friday to set up a system to provide local officials with names of newly registered voters whose driver's license numbers or Social Security numbers on voter registration forms don't match records in other government databases. Ohio Republicans contended the information for counties would help prevent fraud. Brunner said the GOP is trying to disenfranchise voters."

Voter registration fraud. ACORN is paying people based on how many people they register so man and man simply pick up a phone book. Yes its wrong, but who gonna turn up and at a polling station telling people dem name Mickey Mouse?

ACORN need to implement better checks and balances, but McCain and his sidekick simply pointing out an excuse in case they lose the election.

The GOP trying all kinds of tricks to get people off the voters list. What they're doing in some cities is using the foreclosure list to determine who no longer lives at address A then strike them off the list.
