From what I gather there was a seat for all tickets printed. HOWEVER sponsors had their various representatives with PASSES ( not tickets) who occupied seats. For example the LIME cheerers in pink. Also others with passes giving out paraphenalia all through the bleachers. the paraphenalia were also placed in boxes on paid seats. In days gone by sponsors and representatives were allowed on the field, if not the cycle track. Now only athletes and officials are allowed in those areas, by ISSA rules.
