Hats off to INEOS.

I was very skeptical about this minor owner, but seeing how they have implemented the hierarchy above ETH, brought in new coaches and seeing that they have completed 2 signings in July, hats off to them. Liked how they were able to sign Yoro despite Real Madrid wanting him. Now let's see if they can now sign a CDM.

I saw Ugarte play in the COPA and I liked him. The DM position has been the weakest area in the team since Carrick retired. I hope we get him. I am eager to see some departures.
