Rafa inherited a squad packed with quality, Hazard, Mata, Oscar, Lampard, Cole, Torres, Terry, cech and the list continues and then added Ba to that in January, given the talent and resources he have at his disposal he haven't done a great job. He was four points off the top when he took over now he is 17 points behind so you shouldn't be shouting from the rooftop. Arsene is working with a far inferior squad and no way should be so close to Chelsea. I would put Mancini in the same category as Rafa, for the money spent and the tools they have to work with they have done poor jobs.
