Aim
The principal aim of the wein2010wc society is that India qualifies for the FIFA World CupTM competition in the year 2010.
By December 31 2008, the society proposes to nurture at least 10 Indian players aged 18 - 20 years, who have played (read breathed) football for the last 8 years. These players will conform to certain physical attributes and performance standards till now not seen in Indian football, and matching the requirements of world-class football then.

wein2010wc seeks to achieve this aim through a football academy, which will be a center of excellence to produce India's best football players ever, right from an early age.
Based on expert opinion, the society has determined that these must be the minimum physical and physiological attributes of every world-class football player it will produce:

Heading dominance Height 5 Feet 9 inches
Good Health Weight 60 Kg
Cardio vascular fitness Resting Pulse 41 bpm
Ability to take in oxygen Hemoglobin content 16 %
Strength Chest 38 inches
Strength Biceps 14 inches
Speed 100 metres run 11 seconds
Endurance 800 metres run 1 min 55 sec
