b. False (Never been confronted with this one...My answer could be wrong as rules governing equipment may have changed since 1990.

a. Penalty kick must be played forwarded...some fans do not realise that a pass can be made at the taking of a penalty during the game. Not during time extended for the taking of a penalty. 9.
