1. Administrative structure of the JFF.
a) Levels of command b) Distribution of power. c) Assignment of tasks e.g. ignoramous attempting jobs that demand the attention of experts...e.g. i) Hammering out of contractural arrangements - TV contractural arangements, merchandising, etc. ii) marketing of the Reggae Boyz, the JFF's most valuable commodity
iii) public relations etc.
2. Comprehensive development plans as they relate to: a) differing age groups..."cradle to the grave". b) national teams c) physical plants i.e. fields, stadia and peripheral structures...e.g. gyms, audio-visual theatres, auditoriums, other conditioning and or teaching areas, etc.
3. Comprehensive all-emcompassing teaching models for technical areas...including development of syllabus, courses, seminars with the attendant exposure to world recognised and accredited lecturers and trainers...and observation of 'real life' situations.
OUTLINE OF 8 YEAR REVOLVING PLAN that will ensure that a top world class National Senior Team, THE REGGAE BOYZ, will be ready to take the field at all times.
