Dont follow the article booking.com and expedia is a different use case for me than Air BNB. When i use Air BNB as i did when i was a week in London i was not looking for an hotel stay... i wanted to put my family and extended family in a whole house for a reasonable amount. If its only me a hotel would be fine.. so its apples and oranges... I think what is slowing the growth is new legislation, and property owners is establish markets that may think twice or are already in the game.Comment
