Romario Williams (Atlanta United) – Loaned to Charleston Battery (USL) for the season. Don’t like that, because that’s the same thing Montreal Impact did with him, and then they traded him to Atlanta United.
Rennico Clarke (Portland Timbers) – He was signed in January from Portland Timbers 2, so he must have impressed last season. He didn’t make tonight’s squad (6 defenders), and Portland has just freed up some money, which is said to be for a “quality” defender. Wish him luck.

I’m still concerned that NO new Jamaican players were signed, by MLS, this season. It seems Trinidad & Tobago is the only Caribbean country still getting attention. MLS teams are now more focused on signing young players from South & Central (Costa Rica, Honduras & Panama) America, West Africa and Europe…….Hope some of the young Jamaican players, in MLS,USL & NASL, will step up and make Jamaica a priority, for talent, again.

Atlanta United sell off Bobby Dodd Stadium. 52000 strong.
