Our players, play for clubs all over the world with coaches with the highest lic,in a higher enviroment of learning(playing),how do they feel, playing, learning, coming down to a level of a coach, who has never coach at that level ? He only approaches that level once every 2 to 4 years and gets on avergae 6 quality games to practice his craft ?

Compounded on that is the constant changes every game ?
