Cliff Robinson passed away this morning. Basketball fans should remember Cliff from the Portland Trailblazers, playing in the '90 & '92 NBA finals. He was a very good player: https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/...binson-dies-53

John Thompson, former Georgetown University and Hall of Fame head coach, passed away on Sunday. Thompson was the 1st Black/African-American head coach to win the NCAA Division 1 title. He developed the renowned and respected Georgetown University men's basketball program, and he produced 4 Hall of Fame players: Patrick Ewing, Alonzo Mourning, Dikembe Mutombo and Allen Iverson.......Thompson was a no nonsense coach who was so respected that when he found out that Rayful Edmond, the top drug kingpin for the Washington Metropolitan Area, was hanging out with some of his players, including Alonzo Mourning, he asked Edmond to meet him privately, and told him to stay away from his players or he would have problems with him. Edmond respected his stance and ceased contact with the players.

The fact that Chadwick was going through this and still put out movies was impressive. What was more impressive is his circle, no one leaked his illness.

Truly Humble and principled guy from what I have read, may the lord bless his soul.
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.
