I think the way CONCACAF set up the bracket, for the knockout rounds, wasn't done properly - Haiti & Honduras were in the same group, & played each other, again, in the quarter-finals, and U.S. & Canada were in the same group, & will play each other in one of the semi-finals.
Canada has another bite at the cherry. They blew a 2-0 lead to let the USA beat them 3-2. Two really dumb defensive errors gave the USA a hard fought victory.
