There you go again,comparing our cultural reality to 1st world practices, do all the high schools in the USA play manning cup or dacosta cup,do they have a 100 year plus culture of school boy football affinity,do they have an economic disadvantage where the majority is the lower class and gravitate to school sports as a way out of poverty ?
