  • The Grand Jury : Hope in Faith for Justice Botham Jean !

    Given this history:

One study of grand jury actions against officers accused of deadly force found that indictments against them are almost non-existent. In Dallas, grand juries reviewed 81 shootings involving 175 officers from 2008 to 2012. Yet only one police officer was indicted. In Chicago only one police officer has been charged in an on-duty shooting since 2007. Grand jury indictments of police officers are so rare that when grand juries in North Carolina this year indicted two cops in two separate shootings of in each instance a black male, it made national news.

    Hope is here,have Faith !

That was totally their call, that was totally their responsibility, that was totally their lead," Johnson said at a news conference about how investigators first handled the case. "I cannot dictate to the Texas Rangers the process, the investigation, what they do and what they don't do."

She added that she had a "spirited conversation" with the Texas Rangers for two hours on Sunday about the manslaughter charge.

THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

The Black in My Eyes :

Given the history of the Grand Jury in the USA as it pertains to dispensing justice for people of color and the recent events of the alleged poor handling of the investigation of this case .

I see a black Police commisoner , a black D.A, both of whom I have no doubt have been victim or seen victims of "the white in their eyes" of note

    A) The Police commisioner quickly moved the case from the police department to a higher investigative board the Texas rangers

    B) The D.A has initiated an investigative board, to run parallel to the texas rangers after having a 2 hour "spirited conversation " and concluding Amber is more than likely to be charged with murder during the Grand Jury presentation.

Nothing like an angry black woman, mek it women in this case.Nuh true Brick . I have Faith, do you ?

The question are obvious why would the commisoner move so quickly , why would the DA run a parralell investigation, dont they have Faith in the system ?
