Is the JLP trying to bypass CARICOM

Not even a full month in office and already there is a row re CARICOM trading by buying rice from the USA when Guyana says they have surplus.

The JLP administration under Seaga or anyone else has never had a good relation with CARICOM and despite what Bruce said before and after the election, the government's actions have not dove tailed with the talk.

Samuda is mirroring Shaw already with the snafu over the Guyanese rice but I guess we should wait till Wednesday when they meet and thrash it out.
