  • JFJ supports Burmese people

As you have all been aware of the situations going on in Burma these days,Burmese Community here in Jamaica is also mourning over the loss of lives due to inhumane killings of the brutal Military regime in Burma.

For the reason mentioned above, we, the Burmese Community members, have organized a CANDLE LIGHT VIGIL for those whose lives were violently terminated, at Emancipation Park at 7:00PM on the 6th of October, 2007, this Saturday coming.

We would greatly appreciate your presence there and also your words of prayers from each organizations. It would be a short silent Ceremony to mark our mourning and to send prayers to those who bravely left us.
Thank you very much in advance.
    With Respect,
    Burmese Community in Jamaica.
