the duckling won the case... i was surprised... not sure if there was harassment there... the jury spoke... msg is appealing... what is the probability of them being granted a new trial...

new trial....not likely unless there was misconduct by the attorneys. remember that the brden of proof is, in layman's term, 51%. the jury heard the evidence and unless there is some SERIOUS inconsistency between the verdict and the evidence.
not sure on the grounds of appeal. would be interesting to see. the punitive award would always be appealable.
also it would be a good idea for isiah to get his own lawyer 'round about ...NOW.
