Mrs. Golding made the remarks at a global health and literacy initiative hosted by Laura Bush, wife of US President, George W. Bush for First Ladies worldwide.

The function was held at the Pierpont Morgan Library & Museum, in midtown Manhattan, New York Monday.

Mrs. Golding said the lunch for learning project would provide a proper nutrition program for the target groups through well equipped canteens in a presentable environment for dining.

Training for chefs for the program would be provided by the HEART Institute.
