      Its very much possible. One of his lawyers said he has a better job of being acquitted of these charges than the one years ago.

        I don't have a feel for his guilt or innocence in this case, but he deserves punishment for the murders.

            BUT ....can an impartial jury be found? they might now make him pay for his acquittal years ago....

                You are not suggesting that if he was guilty of those murders he should go to jail on these trumped up charges as punishment for the murders? Right?

                  In any case, ask the families of the murder victims. Do you think they care how he ends up in prison?
