A forensic auditor was flown in and and did not state as such or deny as such, he stated further documents were needed to make any declaration, and as history has shown the scammer ,lawyered up.

Why wasn't he charged for it? "Averaging? did you check stocks, bonds and other real estate development???? People like you go round and spread romours on people. Did this auditor see the miscalculation that was on the man returns? What is "around". You guys keep guessing. you have no proof of frauid. If you do show it or shut up. If the land valuve 57 million, does that mean you pay 57 million for it?- Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth.
