    So by the end of the week we are looking at 140 dead which means 400 to 500 dead by the end of the month,with a 40 plus infection rate..

    More context 140 a week = 560 dead a month = 6720 a year and thats being conservative.

    Thank you Anju for majoring in minor, if you follow Brick this JLP government was concerned with .00X efficacy , when lives are at stake.

      Waiting on special vaccines? The gov't decided to use vaccines that have been approved. What is wrong with that? Furthermore, people refusing to take the approved vaccines as they choose to listen to people who couldn't pass integrated science. Please like Buju, Spragga Benz and attention whore La Lewis.

        Was AstraZeneca the only one approved ? and as I stated we arent the only antivaxxer nation out there and others are getting it done. So again to blame the people is irresponsible and silly.

          Like the Repugs, you've made this whole vaccination thing political and refuse to budge from your corner. Jamaica is not the only Third World country that is waiting on the rich countries to "spare" us some of their excess, APPROVED, drug. Unless you are advocating for Jamaica to accept the non-APPROVED Chinese or Russian drug, then your argument become strictly political. As I've said before, the government's biggest problem was convincing a population where a good 95% are anti-vaxxers.

          Political because I question the clarity of his position as you should too given that your country men's lives are at risk . 1st Jamaica isnt the only third world nation begging vaccines but we are the only ones begging for a specific vaccine,none of our carribbean neighbours have taken our psychotic route. 2nd none were approved in the USA until this week, when the FDA approved pfizer and 3rd until then they were all "non approved" ( Your Term not mine) for emergency use. 4th they were all approved by the WHO / PAHO for emergency use and that includes the chinese vaccine. Again the silly notion that anti vaxxers are slowing down the consumption of vaccines doesnt match with the fact that the government cant keep up with the local demand, thats why they are begging for vaccines that are non approved like the J & J.

          You have alinged yourself with an incompetent government and your tribal bias in defending them shows that you have blood on your hands. Again the solution was simple, grab or beg from whomever and then support it with boosters, like our carribbean neighbours will do.
