We know there was a rise in crime immediately after the election, politically related. Whereas Brown may be unknown to most people on this site he is well known in the Kingston area. The car was likely taken to ensure a speedy get away, and his female companion was not harmed, he likely was the target. His gun would have been taken in any event, why is it being considered a robbery?
