deciding to proceed with "court battles" and you knew - reasonable sure in the courts you would win...would you not go to the courts? Knowing the courts could decide that either you now sit in the House of Parliament or order a re-run, would you allow that possibility of a re-run delay and or have that part of the affairs of the country in a state of unease and uncertainty?


I really do not know what I would do. Part of me says the majority voted JLP let it go...another part says the law is on my side, let the chips fall where they may?
