An Air France flight from Paris to Chicago is stuck on the ground at Milwaukee's Mitchell International Airport, and passengers are threatening to revolt.
The plane was diverted to Milwaukee because severe storms in Chicago prevented planes from landing at O'Hare. Over 350 flights were cancelled.
The Chicago storms were said to be some of the most severe in recent memory.
Milwaukee TV station WISN said a Milwaukee man aboard the flight called the station on a cell phone. He boarded the flight in Paris at 5:30 am Milwaukee time. He said the plane lost power and air conditioning for about an hour while the plane was on the ground.
