There is still a faction in the PNP that wants the party to lose to force Portia out of the leadership... one conspiracy theorist I heard said the PNP had decided on July 31st as the date of election but knowing there were spies who would run to the JLP with the news, an inner circle met afterwards top change the date...that they said explained why Bruce was so angry the night of the announcement as he fully expected to hear July 31.Solidarity is not a matter of well wishing, but is sharing the very same fate whether in victory or in death.
