  • The Mountain view Problem: Kingston will suffer until

It has to clean up mountain view.It is the major artery of the city,by extension the Island. If gunmen take over that route di place lock. Passengers coming into Norman manley will be stuck at the airport, along with valuable commercial cargo/goods.From I was a boy this place hot and it gets worse every year ,how gunshot can buss everynight or everyday of the week,if not everyday , then at least once a week? ; and successive governments ignore it.They think its going to subside on its own.Last time I flew down,we had to race threw some back roads, and then i saw the beauty of the place. You have nice houses back there, modest ,small homes with people trying to maintain dem dignity.

That need a ZOSO for 5 years ,if need be 10.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Some of the perpetrators were once themselves students commuting back and forth in fear, yet they still became part of the problem.
We know the guns are there, the whole area should be cordoned off ,pursue recovering guns as you do lead lists.

Typical garrison or gangland behavior, you indoctrinate others to hold and justify behavior.

If anywhere needs this Zoso is mountain view. This has been going on for decades and it gets worse every year.
