UWI aka The Intellectual Ghetto leads the way (as usual) to Jamaica's continued failure. Preparing Jamaica for the past - by producing yet more yappers & glorified/certified servants.
If the industry needed such a facility it should fund it and not use public resources. The tourist industry already receives ENORMOUS tax holidays and other public subsidies. Then it parks profits overseas
