Arrest him yes , but wht is the fine$$$$$, obviously he is doing it to earn income and I would not be surprised if he gets released and does the same thing again.

The best way to pump money into the economy is by spending money on home repairs or construction, what can the government do to spur that at home, again I suggest , Jamaica implement a sidewalk law, where every owner of a sidewalk have it properly maintained with a barrier of concrete,maintained grass or peeeple rocks.

We are loosing billion$$$$$!


For business we can have a paint law , in that every 5 to 6 years , the entrance to your establishment must have a fresh coat of paint, look real estate is all about eye appeal, you start that and people cant stop trying to out do each other.

Dammmmm man , I am pi$$$ed ! I am tired of this ***** ! Yet we want to be 1st world, start $spending money on our selves instead of begging the chiney man /imf/worldbank/europe etc

Frigg that the paint law , should be any real estate with a concrete wall be it business or residential must have a fresh coat of paint , every 5 to 6 years.

Lets start beautifying Jamaica by spending money to pretty up ourselves .The residual effect is two fold , 1st a self esteeem effect/affect 2nd a monetary effect/affect.
