"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

I said it from day one,the war on drugs didn't stop in the hoods of America but It is a war to control or denigrate people of color ( human rights issue) all over the world.

Alot of blood ,time and young souls were lost.Ganja was its most convenient tool.

While some human rights organizations couldn't or refuse to see the link of police militirizations to outright militarization ( Garrisonisation) in carrying out this campaign, history will state most were absent or hypocrites in the struggle.

It's always good to hear Babylon perspective to see how they reason.

If you banned alcohol for a 100 years and use it to discriminately incarcerate and kill Italian ethnicities the world over, you might have a case ?

Indiscriminately? If something is illegal there is nothing indiscriminate about
enforcing the ban...what nonsense are you talking about
