A few weeks ago my doorbell rang. The stranger introduced himself as Everton Blair Jr. That he was running for Gwinnett County School Board.
I quizzed him a little...and discovered that this young man was extremely educated and qualified!!
He left me his flyer.
The next day I called him and offered to print him 1000 door hangers for his campaign. I asked that he send me the e-file for his ad. [ A big part of my business is printing......] He happily accepted.
When the door- hangers were ready, he sent his father over to pick them up from my place of business. His father it turned out to be from Jamaica.............................
I had my doubts about Blair winning....since is opponent's ads littered our entire voting area.
Anyway Everton Blair won !
