KINGSTON, Jamaica — Some 910 Airbnb hosts in Kingston, Jamaica earned a collective US$2.4 million from the digital home sharing site in 2017, according to Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett.
As such, Bartlett is urging more Jamaicans to embrace innovative tourism enterprises, such as Airbnb, as they have the potential to impact majorly on the local economy.
