    Waste of money.
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Its like saying we need artificial turfs, while we have practioners who know how to grow and maintain the best grass turf at a 1/3 of the cost.

We have been throwing music celebrations i.e reggae /jazz/ska etc around the island for years no decades, are you telling me that one venue in a particular area can satisfy that demand, 2nd have all those other venues become obsolete ,3rd would it be better to consult stakeholders i.e promoters, hoteliers etc across the length and breath of the island for a solution.

Stop talking crap, how is this a bad idea? Is there anywhere in Mobay to host a festival with 20, 000 people with proper facilities?

This doesn't stop people from having their things around the islands? If you want to invest and have a show, a festival then there is not a lot a place and god forbid rain start fall or you want to use a bathroom.
