Housing Agency of Jamaica (HAJ) is planning a multi-billion investment in Kingston.
It's a development that chairman of the HAJ, Norman Brown, has classified as a “signature project” expected to begin during HAJ's fiscal year 2018/2019.
“What we want is a community that has a cluster of solutions.
We are exploring the idea of having high-rise apartments similar to those going up in Kingston now for professional and middle-income people.
