    I made plans long ago to be in ATL this weekend, otherwise I would be staying at home.

    I really have never seen the point of evacuating unless you live directly on the coastline or in a low lying flood prone area. Pure chaos on the highway and I believe you more likely to get in an accident or victim of road rage versus stocking up, battening down and staying where you are.
