    Mattis uppa constant spring gulf course,do we have martial law in those areas too.So many contract killings and nothing comes out of it.Murders in JA arent reserved for an {area} or garrison as we now call it,it knows no boundaries ,race or class.Putting a bandaid on the problem wont solve or hide it,esp when that same band aid has been used for 40 years.
