    My take- volatility (not good) watch the 2nd quarter, I heard somewhere that construction jobs slowed in good weather ( the coming of and into spring) where it was booming in the winter season.....ahhhh sahhhhh !

    2nd quater mi say, if it shows during the summer season that this trend continues, dawggg nyam Trump suppa.

    South Florida housing market is frequently erratic, so its possibly getting close to another cycle peak though not one as extreme as 05-06. However I don't see anything close to a nationwide bubble so I don't expect Trump to live or die based on the real estate market.

    Trumps biggest risk is himself. Democrats better hope he self-destructs because it seems to me they still don't have a road map to take back any branch of govt.

        With the markets appearing to have entered into a more severe correction mode, there is little ability for Ms. Yellen to raise interest rates any further. In fact, I would venture to guess that the rate hike in December was likely the only one we will see this year. Secondly, we are likely closer to the Federal Reserve beginning to drop “hints” about further accommodative actions (QE) if conditions continue to deteriorate.

        With market pricing deteriorating sharply since the beginning of the year, it will not take long for consumer confidence to slip putting further downward pressure on already weak economic growth. With Ms. Yellen already well aware she is caught in a “liquidity trap,” there would be little surprise, just as we saw in 2010, 2011 and 2013, for the Fed to implement another QE program in hopes of keeping consumer confidence alive.

            Meanwhile the unemployment rate is at its lowest in a decade and more than a decade, stock market is near record highs and 200K jobs were created last month

            Sitting around hoping for the economy to collapse so Trump can lose re-election is a bad plan. In fact it is no plan at all.
